Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Services are our proprietary property. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You are responsible for all the data and information you input into our Services to create your CV/resume. You warrant that you have the right to use any information you provide and that the information is accurate.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay Name Bangla the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a Premium account and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Subscription fees are not refundable.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel it before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the Site or delete your account and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Name Bangla is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Site and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the site’s content or the content of any websites linked to the site and we will assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials.
